Job Title: Harvest SupervisorPosition Type: Full Time

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to join our Harvest Department as a Harvest Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee a production line of 35+ team members, ensuring safety, product quality, and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key part in building a positive work culture while driving results that meet both customer expectations and business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate your team through clear communication, coaching, and development.

  • Oversee daily operations of the harvest line, ensuring production goals are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Monitor throughput and efficiency, taking proactive steps to improve productivity and quality.

  • Foster a safe work environment by enforcing company and regulatory safety standards.

  • Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with leadership to address employee performance, training, and development needs.

  • Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate records.

  • Promote teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across your line.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory experience (meat industry experience a plus).

  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully within a diverse workforce.

  • Comfortable making decisions, coaching others, and holding team members accountable.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on your feet in a hot environment for 8–10+ hours/day.

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
