Execute the Company’s EHS policies and procedures, including leading personnel and directly maintaining accurate data/documents in the EHS management systems. Programs include, but are not limited to:
a. Title V Air Permit
b. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Standards
c. EPA Storm Water Management
d. Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan
e. Facility Response Plan / Integrated Contingency Plan
f. All applicable OSHA and consensus standards, including NFPA 70E, General Industry (29 CFR 1910 (including Process Safety Management), Construction (29 CFR 1926) and
Recordkeeping (29 CFR 1904)
g. OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP)
h. EPA Hazardous Waste Regulations
i. EPA Risk Management Program
j. Part 75 and Part 60 CEMS
• Produce, review and submit required regulatory reporting for the site with applicable oversite.
• Act as the site’s coordinator with regulatory agencies, ensuring a positive, collaborative, and responsive relationship is maintained.
• Become fluent in the management of the site’s Continuous Emissions Monitor and Data Acquisition and Handling Systems and act as lead interface to the OEM. Generate required reports with oversight, assure data accuracy, work with OEM to make corrections as required and ensure timely submittals of required reports.\n
