Our client, a prestigious full-service law firm with a legacy of over 150 years, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented associate attorney with 1–4 years of experience and a strong interest in energy, utility, and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory, utility, and energy-related matters.

·        Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other documents.

·        Assist with administrative and regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies.

·        Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategy and execution.

Requirements:

·        J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.

·        1–4 years of relevant legal experience (Candidates with under 1 year of experience will not be considered).

·        Admission in New York; admission in New Jersey is a plus.

·        Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·        Demonstrated interest in the energy, utility, and regulatory practice areas.
