Horizon is currently seeking a talented & energetic Full-Time Permanent Client Executive (SMB) to join our Manitoba business unit.

The Client Executive position is designed for an individual who is passionate about building relationships and supporting business growth. The Client Executive will work to grow our Managed Services and be the contact point for Horizon’s Managed Services clients in Manitoba, based in Winnipeg. Additionally, the Client Executive will work with the rest of the Horizon Team to achieve organizational and sales goals. 
 
Accountabilities
 
Client 
  • Responsible for the development and maintaining of Managed Services client relationships between the client and the team. 
  • Responsible to assist the development of client projects including the solution vision, statements of work, hardware, software, labour, and cost estimates. 
  • Responsible to the team for developing business to meet the team targets. 
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the team and for building a positive team environment. 
  • Responsible for protecting the team member(s) rights as required under Governing Law, and under the operation policies of Horizon. 
  • Responsible for the development of both personnel sales proficiencies and personal skills through planning and positive mentorship. 
 
Productivity
  • Responsible for creating and the management of sales opportunities. 
  • Responsible for assisting sales strategies. 
  • Responsible for leading sales of Horizon solutions, products, and services to clients as required. 
  • Responsible for all other duties as assigned by the Manager.
 
Leadership
  • Responsible for promoting the messages, standards, and image of the Horizon brand. 
  • Responsible for following, encouraging, and enforcing the standards outlined within Horizon’s policies. 
  • Responsible for assisting in the mentorship of fellow employees. 
 
Reporting
  • Reports directly to Regional Manager – East
  • Responsible to work with the assigned Team Lead, Service Coordinators, Project Leads, and Project Managers
 
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in sales and growing the business 
  • Customer service experience  
  • Be able to assist with marketing initiatives 
  • Strong desire to learn 
  • Ability to stay organized and manage priorities 
 
An additional requirement of this role is successfully completing a Criminal Record Check.
