 PeopleSoft Developer (remote - work from home)

Company: SGIEngagement Period: May 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 (with the option to extend)Working hours: Approximately 30 hours per week (Part Time)Core business hours: Between 9am to 3pm (Regina local time)

SGI is looking for two PeopleSoft Developer resources/services. The candidates must meet the following critical requirements to be considered for this role:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting companies with PeopleSoft solutions and best practices .

Responsibilities:

  • Support SGI with the current objectives of their backlog.
  • Work with stakeholders from IT and Finance departments to document requirements.
  • Help configure and develop PeopleSoft solutions based on documented requirements.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and document changes/solutions.
  • Support testing and implementations.
  • Provide expert advice on leveraging PeopleSoft to solve business and process problems.
  • Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, Billing, and Customer functionality, configurations, and data structures.
  • Design and implement SQL scripts to retrieve specific datasets based on business requirements.
  • Perform data validation and verification to ensure integrity and reliability of integration from external systems to PeopleSoft modules.
  • Maximize efficiencies in mapping and developing external data integration processes.
  • Conduct technical analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of issues within integration processes.
  • Liaison and translate requirements between technical and functional teams.
  • Technical development skills specific to PeopleSoft, including developing integrations, XML, and SQL.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, Billing, and Customer processes, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting companies with PeopleSoft solutions and best practices.

Additional Requirements:

  • Services can be carried out remotely with a requirement to come to the Regina Office for orientation and potentially at key project milestones.
  • The position is open to candidates across Canada, with the expectation that the resource is available for online meetings and discussions between 9am and 3pm Regina local time.
