Field Marketing Manager, Commercial Property, E&S, Remote, AZ

Since its modest beginnings 50 years ago, this insurance company has expanded its products and presence and grown into a top national organization, with unparalleled financial strength and consistent stability.

They have an immediate need for an experienced commercial Property Marketing Manager for their West region. This Field MM will be working with several established Wholesale Agents in CA, AZ and WA.

Company writes a variety of property risks on a non-admitted basis. Some classes include rental dwellings, condos LROs, vacant buildings, warehouses, etc.

This Commercial Insurance Marketing Manager's primary duties revolve around developing and executing marketing strategies to increase the submission flow of targeted risks that will be successfully quoted and bound with our wholesale underwriting division. This includes collaborating with sales teams, company underwriters, assessing client needs, and ensuring optimal coverage and pricing.

They also manage existing client relationships while building new ones and contributing to the company’s profitability.

Qualified candidates will have:

· A minimum of 7 years of commercial P&C insurance sales and marketing experience

· Experience working with Property Wholesale Brokers

· Working knowledge of Excess & Surplus lines insurance

· A clean driving record and ability to travel approximately 50%

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

· Residency in Arizona.
