The Reinsurance Manager will be involved with reviewing FAC so it’ll be helpful if they have FAC experience however if they are strong in reading and setting up the treaties, Previous facultative is preferred, but hiring manager says that if they don’t have a lot of FAC experience it should not be too difficult of a task to learn.

Strong Sapiens Reinsurance Pro experience is required. Carrier is targeting a minimum of 2 1/2 years. Implementation/conversion would be a plus.
