Job Description: Ultrasound Technologist
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations based on physician orders, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Operate sophisticated ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.
- Apply clinical judgment to assess patient-specific and age-related needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licenses: Oregon Sonographer License upon hire.
- Certifications:
- BLS certification.
- Board eligible for certification with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
- Experience in OBGYN sonography.
- Multi-registered as RVT and/or RDCS a plus.
