Job Description: Radiology Technologist
- Perform diagnostic imaging studies as directed by physicians, ensuring proper positioning and technique.
- Operate sophisticated imaging equipment while adhering to ALARA principles for radiation safety.
- Minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff through professional judgment and calibration.
- Provide clear instructions and support to ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licenses: Oregon Radiographer License required.
- Certifications: BLS and National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (within 6 months of hire).
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals.
