Job Description

  • Provide anesthesia services across two hospitals with a variety of cases, including:
  • Hospital 1: General, urology, orthopedics, spines (neuro spine), vascular (carotids), OB, and healthy pediatric ENT.
  • Hospital 2: General, cardiac (optional), robotic laparoscopic, neuro spine and head, OB, urology, and limited pediatric cases like ENT, dental, and ophthalmology.
  • Option to learn and perform spinals and arterial lines (50% of staff do these procedures).
  • Flexible shifts available (8, 10, and 12 hours), with optional call opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and AAs.
  • Opportunity to train in specialized areas or take on administrative roles.

Qualifications

  • Required:
  • South Carolina Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Preferred:
  • New graduates welcome; no prior experience required.
  • Easy-going personality with a collaborative and positive mindset.
