Note: The base salary is approximately $30,000. With commissions, total compensation starts around $55,000, with significant potential for higher earnings based on performance.

Job Description

• Engage customers and help match them with the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and value-added services clearly and confidently
• Conduct vehicle test drives and answer any questions throughout the buying process
• Close sales with professionalism and integrity
• Accurately complete necessary sales documentation
• Deliver vehicles and walk customers through features, warranty, and service details
• Stay updated on promotions, inventory, financing programs, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in auto sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close sales
• Highly self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude
• Clean and professional appearance
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
