Job Description:

• Manage and respond to online sales inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.​
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic.​
• Ensure a seamless transition of internet leads to in-store sales processes.​
• Engage with customers through various digital channels, including live chat, email, phone, and social media.​
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.​
• Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback to uphold a positive brand image.​
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.​
• Train sales staff on best practices for handling internet leads and utilizing CRM tools effectively.​

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive internet sales or digital marketing within a dealership setting.​
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital advertising platforms.​
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.​
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.​
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.​
• Knowledge of automotive inventory management and pricing strategies.​
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.​
