Job Description:

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.​
• Contribute to menu planning and the creation of new dishes.​
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure a high standard of food preparation.​
• Maintain quality control for all dishes leaving the kitchen.​
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.​

Qualifications:

• Strong culinary skills, including various cooking techniques and food preparation.​
