Oversee all aspects of employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
Manage payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and coordination of new hires
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
Track expenses, reconcile credit card statements, and support budget reporting
Coordinate with external accountants on payroll and monthly financials
Manage office operations including supplies, scheduling, and communications
Support leadership with correspondence, reports, and general administrative tasks
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Coordinate company meetings, staff communications, and vendor relations
3–5 years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative management
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
