Business Litigation Attorney Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Texas Bar admission and familiarity with Texas courts and rules.
4+ years of substantive business litigation experience, including trial skills and experience in complex litigation.
Strong writing and communication skills, with previous experience in a reputable law firm.
