Overview:We’re looking for a data-driven Inventory Analyst to optimize our inventory levels, support purchasing strategies, and drive cost-effective supply chain improvements. This role blends MRP oversight, forecasting, and supplier evaluation to improve inventory performance and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet service and working capital targets.

• Analyze SAP data for consistency and generate actionable reports.

• Support supplier evaluations using statistical tools to improve performance.

• Identify opportunities to enhance inventory turns and minimize excess/obsolete stock.

• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Assist in forecasting and sourcing strategies for new and existing products.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts (Lean/Six Sigma initiatives).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Advanced Excel & Access skills; SAP experience preferred

• Familiarity with statistics and forecasting models

• Strong communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills

• Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus

• SAP - MS DYNAMICS OR OTHER ERP
