Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of cutting-edge plant controls and automation systems.
• Ensure smooth operations by providing expert technical support for controls and automation systems.
• Architect and specify high-performance plant control systems, prioritizing efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with external controls engineering partners to meet and exceed project objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in controls and automation engineering, preferably in the food, chemical, or similar manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming and advanced HMI development, such as Wonderware.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles, including Archestra.
• Experience in designing process control panels for user interfaces and specifications.
• Background in working within FDA-regulated facilities, clean environments, and CIP cleaning systems.
• Expertise in Wonderware MES, .NET programming, SQL databases, and Ethernet/IP communication.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, typically less than 25% of the time.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold Green Card authorization. Please note, sponsorship is not available.
