What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the primary quality contact for customers—build trust, lead conversations, and deliver excellence.
Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers, fostering high standards and accountability.
Use 8D methodology to lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
Partner with engineering, test, and sales teams to align internal efforts with customer expectations
Handle audits, change notifications, and product qualification processes
Travel globally as needed to strengthen customer relationships
What You Bring:
A BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
10+ years in customer quality within the semiconductor space
Strong expertise in 8D, customer-facing quality systems, and issue resolution
Direct experience supporting customer quality programs and audits
Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
Exceptional communication and technical writing skills
Mandarin language fluency is a huge plus, but not required
Comfortable with international travel
