Are you a freight-savvy sales leader looking to make a real impact? A growing logistics firm is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand a high-performing team focused on domestic freight. This is a key leadership role where your strategies, insights, and drive will directly influence growth and success.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of 10 active sales reps, with plans to scale to 20+

  • Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives focused on domestic freight services

  • Coaching and mentoring sales talent while managing performance and results

  • Aligning sales efforts with broader company goals through collaboration with senior leadership

  • Leveraging data and pipeline insights to fine-tune performance and identify new opportunities

  • Traveling as needed to support team efforts and build relationships across regions

 

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in freight/logistics

✅ Strong knowledge of domestic freight and transportation solutions

✅ Proven ability to scale teams and develop high-performance sales environments

✅ Skilled in metrics, performance tracking, and strategy execution

✅ Based in Houston, TX or open to relocation

✅ Willing to travel up to 20%
