The Role

This is a high-impact position blending operational finance, team leadership, and systems/process optimization. You’ll be responsible for global accounting operations, financial forecasting, and standard costing. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing details and leading cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the global standard cost system, including variance analysis and reporting

  • Drive forecasting and budgeting for manufacturing variances, CapEx, R&D Opex, and department spend

  • Oversee month-end close related to revenue, cost of sales, and margin analysis

  • Manage and improve Oracle-based financial systems; partner with IT for cross-functional upgrades

  • Supervise a collaborative, high-performing team and support global finance alignment

  • Oversee customer programs including ship & debit and rebate agreements

  • Partner with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits

  • Maintain SOX compliance and documentation

  • Support credit, collections, AR, and customer account operations

  • Contribute to ad hoc reporting, compliance updates, and strategic initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations; public accounting a strong plus

  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and standard costing

  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar industry preferred

  • Strong systems and ERP skills (Oracle ideal); Excel super-user

  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

  • CPA or MBA a plus

  • Highly organized and self-driven in fast-moving environments
