Our client is looking for a Home Solutions Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products and services in a designated region, conducting in-home consultations, and providing customized solutions for our clients.

This is a commission based role (first three months paid on drawer). Average compensation is between $95k - $125k annually 

The ideal candidate will enjoy the HVAC industry and will have a passion for assisting customers attain quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers in their homes to determine their needs and present tailored solutions.

• Deliver sales presentations and proposals in person.

• Educate customers on available products, promotions, and financing options.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet targets.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and generate referral-based sales.

• Participate in training and apply knowledge to sales processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of retail or sales experience.

• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to inspect residential homes, including attic spaces and crawlspaces.

• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and use step ladders.
