Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Freight Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in produce transportation, passionate about helping shippers move fresh freight efficiently. This is a high-impact role focused on business development, client retention, and providing refrigerated freight solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close new businesses within the produce and perishable freight sector

• Manage and grow a book of business focused on temperature-controlled domestic shipments

• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure on-time and seamless execution of freight services

• Deliver consultative solutions tailored to each customer's unique supply chain and logistical needs

• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity to stay ahead of the curve

• Consistently hit or exceed revenue and margin targets
