Gervino Group is partnering with a long-standing client in the logistics and supply chain industry to find a dynamic Sales Director (Warehousing) with experience selling to freight forwarders, 3PLs, and distribution-focused businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business while hunting for net-new opportunities

  • Sell B2B solutions to freight forwarders, 3PLs, distribution centers, and supply chain organizations

  • Travel across California to meet with prospective and existing clients (must have reliable transportation)

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention

  • Present solutions and close deals with decision-makers across various verticals

  • Utilize CRM and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn) to manage pipeline and meetings

  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding

  • Proven track record of both account management and new business development

  • Located in California and open to traveling for client meetings

  • Tech-savvy and fluent in virtual sales platforms and CRM tools

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Self-starter mindset, disciplined, and performance-driven

  • Comfortable with a compensation structure of ~$100K base + commissions
