Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise HVAC system and ammonia refrigeration unit installations in residential and commercial locations.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and train a team of installers, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and manage installation schedules, coordinating with clients, project managers, and vendors.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks, ensuring that all installations meet company and industry standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring necessary parts and equipment are available for each project.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused atmosphere, resolving any client concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of project status, parts used, and team performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

• Strong communication skills, both with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments.
