What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the owner's primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Lead coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and agency representatives
Monitor project progress and proactively manage schedules, budgets, and risks
Review documents, change orders, and pay applications with an owner's lens
Facilitate project meetings, keeping communication transparent and productive
Represent the owner's interests in approvals, reporting, and stakeholder communication
What You Bring:
Experience managing development or construction projects on behalf of owners or institutional clients
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus
Clear, confident communication and a proactive mindset
A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management
