What you’ll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a dynamic team, direct warehouse operations, and oversee purchasing. You’ll also engage in supplier negotiations, manage budgets, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives,  and foster cross-department collaboration.

• Work toward greater efficiency optimizing processes and tracking metrics.
• Successfully mentor team members and complete management reviews
• Ensure accountant and efficient inventory management.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors while negotiating favorable terms.
• Manage the department budget.

What you’ll bring to the employer:

• Bachelor’s degree in business Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in Supply Chain Manager, with additional leadership experience such as program management, purchasing manager, warehouse supervisor or other leadership.   Best within a manufacturing company.      
• Direct purchasing experience
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 and TQM environments
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Skills in root cause analysis, and corrective / preventive actions.
• Able to work on-site and is authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
