Our client is a tier 1 automotive supplier located near Spartanburg, SC looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician.

The team runs on 12-hour shifts on a Panama schedule (2-2-3).

Summary:

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity by maintaining safety protocols and efficiently managing maintenance tasks in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Tasks:

·       Adhere to and maintain all safety rules, regulations, and standards.

·       Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards and production goals.

·       Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

·       Perform maintenance tasks across Multi-Craft levels C, B, and A, with increasing responsibility in PLC programming and project management.

·       Use and program PLC software, modify software, perform minor adjustments, write simple programs, and program drives and robots.

·       Work with and maintain servo motors, and handle communication protocols such as switches and Ethernet.

Requirements:

·       Candidates must have a combination of skills as outlined in the responsibilities section.

·       Successful completion of evaluations will determine pay range/classification with opportunities to retake evaluations every 6 months for pay level advancement.
