Qualifications
\n· 3–10 years of technical sales experience with industrial or fluid system products
\n· Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
\n· Strong consultative sales skills with excellent presentation abilities
\n· Technical background with the ability to serve as a product expert to customers
\n· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred (other technical/business degrees considered)
\n· Experience with SAP a plus

The role involves managing a $2.5M book of business while driving new growth (60% business development / 40% account management), ideal for a self-starter with a consultative, technical sales approach.
