The ideal candidate would have automotive manufacturing leadership experience and previous success leading a plant.  

Tasks:

·       Perform disciplinary leadership to all employees 

·       Run the daily operations for all functions within the plant.

·       Ensure implementation and compliance with company standards.

·       Contribute to improvement of standards.

·       Being aware of profitability by product and foster respective improvement measures and profitability enhancement.

·       Ensuring plant safety.

·       Achieving defined KPIs.

·       Monitor the launch preparation for new projects and prepares plant for launch of new products/ processes.

·       Prove and improve company’s culture.

·       Leadership of local plant and development of employees.

Requirements:

·       Previous leadership experience

·       Knowledge of injection molding preferred.

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering or bachelor’s degree in management preferred or equivalent experience

·       MS Office, SAP

·      Team building skills

·       MTM / Process planning

·       Problem solving skills
