Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

Location: Hudson, FL AreaJob Type: Full-Time – Nights (Rotating Weekends)Compensation:

• CRT: $25-35/hr

• RRT: $27-37/hr

• Sign-On Bonus:

• $10K for FT Days (with 1 year of experience & 2-year commitment)

• $20K for FT Nights (with 1 year of experience & 2-year commitment)Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will assess and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients across all age groups. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer both routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages

• Operate and manage acute care ventilators for both short and long-term use

• Accurately maintain department records and enter data into hospital systems

• Act independently when needed, particularly in the absence of the team leader

Qualifications:

• Completion of a vocational/technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred)

• Current Florida State License as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)

• Physically able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and reach frequently throughout shift
