Our client is a leader in commercial laundry software solutions, serving the linen service and uniform service industries with systems for invoicing, route accounting, delivery/logistics, plant management, and many other ERP functions. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Consultant (Account Manager and Project Manager) to join the team. This role involves managing customer-facing software projects, supporting clients through software implementation, project planning, onboarding and ongoing support.
This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones. Travel is expected 30–40% annually, primarily within the United States.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from project kickoff through implementation
Manage software implementation projects using proven methodologies
Deliver on-site and virtual support for software installations, configuration, and training
Analyze customer legacy systems and identify gaps with current software offerings
Oversee full data migration and documentation processes
Generate project reports and lead progress meetings with stakeholders
Maintain ongoing service management and strengthen client relationships
Customize training documentation and user manuals per client requirements
Provide customer support on functionality upgrades and new features
Collaborate internally with developers and product teams on customer feedback and requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a software-related environment
Prior experience in the commercial laundry industry (any capacity—Sales, Service, Operations, etc.) is preferred
Ability to travel up to 40% annually
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Experience working with ERP, logistics, or enterprise software
Professional demeanor with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
