Our client is in the home soft goods business and is looking for an office/showroom support person with around 1-3 years of experience. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Administration department in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the showroom and traffic samples, and to streamline office supply ordering companywide in order to seek out more cost-effective options. Along with various other responsibilities, this person will
• Ensure all supplies are stocked in the conference rooms at all times
• Receive all mail and packages and notify recipients of the same
• Pack and ship all outbound per policy
• Maintain shipping supplies
• Maintain office supplies for entire company
• Ongoing cleaning during market week
• Ensure all meeting product samples are removed from conference rooms and returned to appropriate party during market week
This person will need to be in the NYC midtown office five days a week.
