Are you a strategic Revenue Operations leader passionate about optimizing processes and driving revenue growth? We're seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Senior Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in streamlining our lead-to-cash cycle. In this remote-first role, you'll be a "functional working manager," collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Consulting Services to maximize efficiency and revenue.

Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs for new hires, focusing on CRM systems, conflict checking, and industry-specific tools.

Conflict Resolution: Provide expert guidance on escalated conflict checks, making informed decisions to mitigate risks.

Insight Generation: Monitor legal industry trends and translate them into revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inbound opportunity process, ensuring efficient screening and assignment.
- Develop and maintain RevOps SOPs, focusing on case research, auditing, and reporting.
- Oversee conflict checking processes and CRM/ATS setup.
- Lead training on Dynamics, industry tools, and lead-to-cash processes.
- Collaborate with the Data team on visualization and reporting.
- Analyze TAMs and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage offshore resources and ensure data integrity.
- Support M&A integration activities.
- Monitor and report on business development activities.
- Evaluate and implement SaaS tools.
- Drive process improvements and data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including remote and offshore resources.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on complex data.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and industry-specific tools (Westlaw, Lexis).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to master new software.
