Develop and oversee our long term product strategy, roadmap and prioritization incollaboration with the core team and business partners
Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders -executives, leadership and our cross functional teams.
Be the voice of the customer's needs by spending time with customers, userresearch teams, and managing customer support teams to synthesize their feedbackand market trends. Champion the voice of the customer by turning customerfeedback into new features.
Manage multiple products and priorities with clear and measurable goals andcommunicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences, including senior leadership
Define key metrics and lead the execution of initiatives to measure and improve
Create detailed requirements/use cases for features and tests, working closely withthe core team to prioritize work and deliver with agility and successful execution
Hire and develop a product team to scale and support the growth of the business
Work closely with the Engineering team and solution partners for prototyping,technical development, and delivery of products, understanding how new productideas will leverage the capabilities of the company’s proprietary technology platform
Engage closely with Engineering and Development team to help determine the besttechnical implementation and design while balancing time-to-market needs
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, andlaunch delightful user experiences across web and mobile apps; Collaborate closelywith Legal, and Compliance teams, to ensure the products we deliver are withinregulatory boundaries
Use A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitiveanalysis to drive product decisions and requirements. Build product processes byresearching and implementing industry best practices
Define a go-to-market strategy, and continuously iterate and improve that strategybased on customer feedback, market research/trends, and competitive insightsthose key metrics over time
What You’ll Need
5+ years of product management experience preferably at start-ups and technologycompanies, and familiarity with FinTech products and concepts
Experience leading major product initiatives across consumer ordirect-to-customer business products. Ability to take rough themes and big ideasand turn them into a roadmap of features, experiments, and customer deliverableswith minimal guidance
Experience recruiting and managing other Product team members
Experience designing and building consumer web and mobile apps with deepattention to detail and passion for creating delightful customer experiences
Experience building a product roadmap with ability to analyze, quantify, andarticulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
Outstanding analytical skills, specifically in using funnel tracking and BI tools to drilldown on insights and create solution to data-driven hypotheses
History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguousenvironments with multiple stakeholders and dependent teams to deliverexceptional business impact
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisecommunication with senior leaders and project partners
