As an AI Architect at Micro Strategies, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI-related technologies, providing expertise to both customers and internal teams. The AI Architect will support the presales process and lead the design, development and implementation of AI solutions for our customers and internal teams, while keeping on top of current trends in the AI space.

Responsibilities

· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Artificial Intelligence related technologies to customers and internal personnel.

· Design, develop, and implement AI architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.

· Lead client meetings to understand their needs and provide AI expertise.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and workflows.

· Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to support AI and machine learning models.

· Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and other team members.

· Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions and their underlying data.

· Develop and maintain documentation for AI architectures, processes, and best practices.

· Participate in pre-sales initiatives including client workshops, scoping and estimating efforts

Basic Qualifications

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively, instilling confidence with both customers, internal sales team members, partners and technical team members

· Ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and the challenges that business and technical teams face

· Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks

· Solid experience with Generative AI and related technologies and practices such as RAG, LangChain, PyTorch, GPT, Transformers

· Expertise in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models

· Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools

· Experience with computer vision technologies and frameworks

· Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, or PyTorch

· Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices

· Experience with enterprise-grade AI platforms (such as IBM’s watsonx and Microsoft’s Azure AI).

· Experience with data preprocessing, data analysis, and data visualization tools.

· A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization

· Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript

· Proven experience in architecting and building large-scale distributed systems using cloud-based technologies (Azure, IBM, AWS, GCP).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

· Familiarity with software engineering best-practices such as version control, testing, code reviews.

· Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

Desired Qualifications

· IBM AI platform (watsonx.ai, watsonx.data, watsonx.governance, Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, etc.)

· Microsoft AI platform (Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform)

· Certifications in AI or cloud computing platforms

· Familiarity with Graph or Network Theory and Graph ML, including relevant frameworks and libraries such as Deep Graph Learning (DGL) or PyTorch

· Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), real-time streaming technologies (Kafka), and AI/ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

· Experience with container-based deployments using Kubernetes or OpenShift

· Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities related to marketing platforms, data, automation, or AI/ML.

· Experience working with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related fields

· 5+ years of experience for a Solution Architect with system/data integration, development, or implementation of enterprise and/or cloud software
