Position Overview:We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to become part of our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales—particularly in the laboratory or related healthcare sectors—and will play a key role in acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively promote laboratory services to generate new business and meet monthly sales goals.

  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and align service offerings to meet their specific business objectives.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Excellence: Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of high performance and customer care.

  • Autonomous Work: Work independently and manage your time effectively to achieve personal and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in laboratory sales or a closely related field; a pre-existing book of business is required.

    • Must have a book of business with any of the following
      • Toxicology
      • PCR
      • PGX
      • CGX
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with Shadow Box is a plus but not required.

  • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities; capable of working independently with excellent time management.

  • Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
