Position Summary
The Pathology Sales Representative will primarily focus on identifying new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships within a designated territory. This role involves a deep understanding of customer needs and strategically promoting pathology products and services. The Pathology Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth and client retention by building consultative relationships and aligning the company's offerings with client needs.
A successful Pathology Sales Representative will follow a results-oriented approach, balancing customer needs with territory growth. This role requires managing the full sales cycle while providing exceptional service. The position involves approximately 60% travel (up to 90%).
The territory for this role covers Southern California, including the greater Los Angeles area up to Bakersfield. The ideal base location for this role is Orange County/Los Angeles.
