We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative on a consultantcontract basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong ability to drive business growth by promoting and selling our customizable RUO molecular diagnostic products and services to healthcare providers and CLIA laboratories across the United States.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strongcustomer relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our custom PCR and NGS reagents to key decision-makers.
 
 Responsibilities:• Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns,networking, and other sales strategies.• Qualify and engage potential customers in the infectious diseases, oncology, and geneticdisorders sectors.• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcareprofessionals, including CLIA lab owners, CFO’s, laboratory directors, and scientists.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions using companies custom-manufactured PCR and NGS reagents.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, andoutstanding customer support.• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management.Your quarterly and annual goals will be jointly agreed upon after joining with your reportingmanager.
