We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager with a background in diagnostic laboratory sales and established relationships with women’s health practitioners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong partnerships within the women’s health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve territory revenue goals while expanding our footprint in the women’s health diagnostic market.

  • Relationship Management: Utilize existing relationships with OB/GYNs, fertility specialists, and women’s health clinics to promote our diagnostic laboratory services and products.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer ongoing support.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and refine sales strategies.

  • Education and Training: Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and applications of our diagnostic tests, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and their impact on patient care.

  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client needs effectively.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights, providing regular reports to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory sector, particularly in women’s health.
  • Established relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the women’s health community.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic testing, laboratory processes, and industry regulations specific to women’s health.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
