This role involves promoting a revolutionary urine-based liquid biopsy that enhances patient care by potentially reducing unnecessary prostate biopsies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales operations within a designated territory.
  • Apply scientific knowledge effectively throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate consistently with national sales teams.
  • Generate accurate territory forecasts as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CLIA lab scientists, and executive teams.
  • Respond promptly to customer and partner inquiries with effective solutions.
  • Focus on process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with lab operations for successful event launches and process improvements.
  • Manage patient health information (PHI) responsibly, with required HIPAA/PHI training upon hire.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of diagnostics services and offerings.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 5-10 years of experience in selling to physician offices and healthcare networks.
  • Experience in Urology or Diagnostics sales required.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with senior healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the capability to convey impactful messages.
  • Engage with all organizational levels, requiring negotiation and influence skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Capacity to lift and deliver MPS kits directly to physician offices.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and address performance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Quick decision-making abilities to resolve issues at the root cause.
  • Diverse experience in clinical labs, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Drive growth and exceed territory goals through effective client relationship management.
  • Spend 90% of time in the field, with precise monthly forecasting by physician.
  • Utilize company resources to maximize business outcomes.
  • Accurate management of Travel & Expense budget for the territory.
  • Maintain high accountability for administrative tasks and compliance with regulations.
