District Manager Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to achieve staffing, service, and profitability goals.
Ensure compliance with all HR, safety, and food safety regulations.
Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and recognition.
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and top guest satisfaction scores through consistent hospitality standards.
Analyze P&L statements, labor, and sales data to meet or exceed financial targets.
Implement local marketing initiatives to drive community connection and sales growth.
Maintain brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and facility upkeep.
Champion team development through Individual Development Plans and performance management.
Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong communication skills.
Creates a fun, engaging environment for guests and team members.
Strong math, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Maintains confidentiality and enforces company policies and compliance standards.
Minimum 8 years of restaurant experience; full-bar experience preferred.
High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, clean background check, and ability to meet physical requirements.
