Our industrial supply/manufacturing company located in the northern suburbs is looking to hire an admin/bookkeeper due to growth within the organization.
Salary - $18-$20 an hour
Schedule - 8 to 4:30 M-F in office
Benefits - medical, dental, vision, profit sharing after 1 year with the company, PTO (2 weeks to start and then 1 day additional each year with a max of 20 days)
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails with professionalism
Work with detailed purchase orders
Light bookkeeping
Manage files/records
Type up documents (memos, presentations, purchase orders, financial details)
Required:
Some experience as an office support professional with light bookkeeping
Detail oriented
Driven/Self Starter
Good with numbers/data
MS Office 365
