Our industrial supply/manufacturing company located in the northern suburbs is looking to hire an admin/bookkeeper due to growth within the organization.  
  • Salary - $18-$20 an hour
  • Schedule - 8 to 4:30 M-F in office
  • Benefits - medical, dental, vision, profit sharing after 1 year with the company, PTO (2 weeks to start and then 1 day additional each year with a max of 20 days)
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and emails with professionalism
  • Work with detailed purchase orders
  • Light bookkeeping
  • Manage files/records
  • Type up documents (memos, presentations, purchase orders, financial details)
Required:
  • Some experience as an office support professional with light bookkeeping
  • Detail oriented
  • Driven/Self Starter
  • Good with numbers/data
  • MS Office 365
