FC Staffing is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow sales across the East Coast.
If you have experience in B2B sales, food ingredients, or flavor manufacturing, this is a great step up into a territory management role.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage a sales territory focused on food & beverage manufacturers.
· Identify and secure new B2B customers in the food ingredients and flavor market.
· Build long-term relationships with R&D, flavorists, procurement, and marketing teams.
· Work with internal technical experts to create customized ingredient solutions.
· Handle the entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, quotes, closing, and post-sales support.
· Maintain detailed CRM records and weekly sales reports.
· Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand.
· Travel up to 50% (domestic + international travel to headquarters).
Qualifications
· 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (food ingredients, flavorings, or food manufacturing preferred).
· Experience as Account Manager, Sales Representative, or Territory Manager.
· Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Science (preferred, not required).
