Supply Chain Supervisor

A leading innovator in surveillance equipment, is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. In this position, you will be a key player in our high-tech manufacturing environment, you will oversee planning, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing to ensure the seamless flow of materials and components.

Responsibilities:

·         Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with production goals.
·         Strategically source and procure materials while optimizing cost and quality.
·         Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory accuracy initiatives.
·         Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
·         Drive process improvements, reduce costs, and increase productivity through data analysis.
·         Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
·         Solve supply chain challenges and minimize disruptions.
·         Collaborate with sales to forecast demand and align supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
·         Expertise in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
·         Experience with driving process improvements within a supply chain operation.
·         Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
·         Experience in leading and directing teams.
·         Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems and how to make them work for the company.
·         Lean / Six Sigma certifications or similar process improvement certifications are preferred
 
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation:  Salary of $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience.   Our comprehensive benefit package includes:
