Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of safety-critical software applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with systems, testing, and development teams to integrate safety features seamlessly.
• Create and maintain Level of Rigor artifacts necessary for compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize modeling tools such as Simulink or SCADE, converting models to C/C++ for implementation.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems safety software engineering or a related role.
• Proven experience in safety-critical software development, with hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
• Experience with standards such as ISO 26262, MIL-STD-882E, and ASIL-D is highly preferred.
