Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive design plans and construction specifications for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Conduct research to ensure compliance with state and local design standards.

- Participate in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) design reviews.
- Assist Project Managers in various engineering project tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Possession of or ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer Registration.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in water/wastewater design with strong organizational skills.
