We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Generalist to join our team at a prominent manufacturing plant located near Conway, AR. This role is instrumental in ensuring the satisfaction of HR, training and development, and employee relations needs within the facility. As a pivotal part of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing programs and policies that align with our organizational goals.

This position will involve providing comprehensive HR support across various departments, focusing on employee relations, labor relations, terminations, benefits, project management, and organizational development. You will be empowered to bring innovative ideas to the table, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing approved employee and labor relations policies and offering technical assistance to leadership.
• Leading HR programs related to EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, turnover, and severance.
• Collaborating with HR peers and centers of excellence across Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal to meet organizational needs.
• Ensuring diversity enhancement and EEO/AAP legal compliance through effective program implementation.
• Contributing to company growth and creativity through strong employee relations strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Experience working in a large plant and unionized environment.
• Familiarity with Lean initiatives is advantageous.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $70,000 - $87,000, an 8% bonus, a robust 401K match, and relocation assistance.
