Join a dynamic team as an Operational Technology Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a robust Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure across multiple bottling plants. Based in the largest facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas, you will oversee operations in additional locations, including Louisville, KY, Ft. Worth, and West Virginia, ensuring that the OT architecture meets both operational and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to company safety protocols and programs.
  • Cybersecurity: Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to uphold and improve industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity.
  • OT Network Management:
    • Design, secure, and monitor OT networks.
    • Manage firewall rules, remote access, wireless communications, and switch configurations.
    • Report on network security and address hardware failures, including necessary updates.
  • Patching & Security Watch:
    • Monitor advisories and manage patching status and deployment for OT/IT infrastructure.
    • Maintain oversight of patch release cycles for OT applications and control devices.
  • OT Equipment Management:
    • Oversee virtual machines, ensuring robust backup strategies and compliance with security policies.
    • Maintain endpoint protection for local OT equipment.
  • Security Governance & Operations:
    • Ensure OT application availability and manage backups and restores.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of the OT network and support third-party solutions.
  • Active Directory Administration: Manage domain controllers, GPOs, and DNS configurations.
  • Incident Management:
    • Effectively handle cybersecurity incidents and crises, focusing on response and recovery.
    • Analyze site-level logs and validate backup/recovery procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence and provide valuable feedback.
  • Industrial Automation & IIoT:
    • Contribute to Industry 4.0, MES, and IIoT initiatives.
    • Lead or support automation projects, ensuring the agility of the site's automation platform.
    • Execute PLC/HMI development and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with CISCO, Microsoft Server, VMWare, Rockwell, and industrial automation platforms such as Siemens and Allen Bradley.
  • Experience with the Rockwell Software Suite, including FactoryTalk Directory, View Site/Machine Edition, and AssetCentre.
  • Skilled in Microsoft SQL database administration, with basic Oracle knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of Linux OS administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation system development and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy implementation.
  • Solid foundational IT knowledge across listed platforms.
  • Independent problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical stakeholders.
