About the Project

This visionary multi-year project is set to transform a pristine Bahamian island into an exclusive, residents-only retreat. The comprehensive masterplan includes:

  • Luxurious homes and grand estates
  • A championship golf course, already seeded
  • State-of-the-art marina and aviation facilities, featuring the largest private runway in The Bahamas
  • High-caliber sports and lifestyle amenities
  • Comprehensive island infrastructure: utilities, sewer, water filtration, and power systems

With 80% of the properties already sold and a soft launch planned for November, this project is poised to redefine the epitome of ultra-luxury island living.

The Role

We are in search of a Vice President of Construction who possess the expertise and drive to manage extensive construction and infrastructure projects in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee large-scale infrastructure projects including water, sewer, filtration, and power generation, alongside luxury residential constructions.
  • Maintain impeccable standards across all deliverables while collaborating closely with high-profile owners and buyers.
  • Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality, budget, and deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a client-facing representative, interacting directly with stakeholders and owners.
  • Adapt swiftly to shifting priorities in a live island setting with complex logistical demands.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale private developments, with Caribbean/Bahamas experience highly regarded.
  • Proven background in high-end residential, resort, or private island construction.
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in demanding, "all hands on deck" environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $185K – $215K
  • Annual Bonus: $20K
  • Travel and accommodation included
