This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a dynamic team at a manufacturing plant located in Pryor, Oklahoma. The role demands a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring top talent, focusing primarily on salaried positions. This position offers the flexibility of working onsite and remotely, with occasional travel to various sites and international headquarters for training purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for salaried roles, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes.
  • Provide expert advisory support to hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process with a focus on quality and service.
  • Enhance recruitment strategies by building a robust network and increasing social media presence.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements and postings to attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with talent attraction colleagues to implement innovative visibility strategies.
  • Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong expertise in recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Experience with the recruitment module of SuccessFactors (SAP) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support managers effectively and diplomatically.
  • Proactive communicator with a passion for expanding networks and talent acquisition knowledge.
  • A keen interest in understanding people, their experiences, and their career development to facilitate successful matches between candidates and roles.
